Front of Stage Photography – Mandatory posing, comparisons and routines
The stage photography package includes all stage photos* taken during the day of the show, no matter how many classes you enter as well as overalls
*the number of images available is relative to your time on stage, how long you hold each pose as well as stage positioning
The turnaround time for the stage photography package is up to 7 days from Show Day. The photos will then be sent out via email, which contents a direct link to all the photos from the show.
Stage photography packages are non-refundable.
Packages bought where the show has been postponed or dates have been changed, will be moved to the new date automatically.
The photo package consists of stage images for personal use in JPEG format. No commercial use is permitted without permission from Matt Thomas Photography. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purpose without Matt Thomas Photography’s permission. The number of images you receive will depend on what is practically possible during your time on stage and will depend on factors such as time on stage, class size, stage lighting, your stage presence and the call outs. You will receive your images in digital JPEG format via a personal gallery link or a similar transfer in a timely manner. Please allow up to 7 working days. You will need an email address, computer and adequate WiFi speed to download your images.
The email/link can end up in spam/junk folders so please check these folders before emailing and stating you have not received your images. I do not issue refunds on stage photography, you are paying for my service of taking the photos and the use of my intellectual property, therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The price of the stage photos is only guaranteed up till show day and 5 days after the show takes place. After 5 days post-show, from the date listed above, the stage photography price will increase by £10. So please make sure you book your stage photos before the date of the show.
