Show Day Package Information
There are three different Show Day Packages available to purchase, capturing every moment of your time on stage
- Photography Package – Every stage photo taken during the day of the show, no matter how many classes entered. All your individuals, comparisons, routines as well as awards
- Videography Package - 4K professional vertical video of your I-walk or routine formatted for social media, perfect for Instagram or TikTok. Videos are provided without audio allowing you to add your own favourite music tracks. Please note that this is for your first class registered only
- Show Media Bundle - The ultimate show day package which includes both the Photography and Videography packages bundled together. An incredible way to remember your time on the big stage
The turnaround time for the show day packages is up to 7 days for photography packages and up to 10 days for videography and media bundles, from the date of the show. The packages will then be sent out via email, which contains a direct link to your personal gallery or download link for videos.
All Show Day packages and bundles are strictly non-refundable.
Packages purchased where the show has been postponed or dates have been changed will automatically be moved to the new date.

The photo package consists of stage images for personal use in JPEG format. No commercial use is permitted without permission from Matt Thomas Photography. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purposes without Matt Thomas Photography’s permission. The number of images you receive will depend on what is practically possible during your time on stage and will depend on factors such as time on stage, class size, stage lighting, your stage presence and the callouts. You will receive your images in digital JPEG format via a personal gallery link.
The video package consists of vertical video for personal use in MP4 format. No commercial use is permitted without permission from Matt Thomas Photography. You will be legally responsible if they are used for commercial purposes without Matt Thomas Photography’s permission. The video doesn’t contain audio, this allows for you to add your own when posting to social media. The length of the video you receive will depend on what is practically possible during your time on stage and will depend on factors such as time on stage, class size, and stage lighting. You will receive your video in digital MP4 format via a WeTransfer.
The email/link can end up in spam/junk folders so please check these folders before emailing and stating you have not received your images. I do not issue refunds on stage photography, you are paying for my service of taking the photos and the use of my intellectual property, therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please allow up to 7 working days for photography packages and up to 10 working days for videography and media bundles to be delivered. You will need an email address, computer and adequate WiFi speed to download your video.
The price of the show day packages are guaranteed up till the date of the show. After this time the price of the packages will increase by £10.
