Refund Policy

This website is operated by Matt Thomas Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Matt Thomas Photography. Matt Thomas Photography offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Photo shoots bought via the website follow the below Refund Policy with no exceptions. When purchasing any photo shoot or package via the website you agree and confirm these terms.

Photo Shoot Bookings

Payments are non-refundable prior to 14 days before the shoot, you are allowed to re-schedule your shoot once with a minimum of 14 days notice.

Shoots booked and paid in full include a 50% non-refundable booking/admin fee. Any deposit payment made when booking a photo shoot is strictly non-refundable. Deposit payments that have been processed to be fully paid are strictly non-refundable, due to the 14 day rule above.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the photo shoot on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Stage Photography and Show Media Bundles

Any show day or stage photography packages are non-refundable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you don’t attend or pull out from the show. Packages bought where the show has been postponed or dates have been changed, will be moved to the new date automatically.

Client Galleries

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Matt Thomas Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Matt Thomas Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph via the online client gallery) it is then considered non-refundable.
