Introduction to Posing
The workshop will start with an introduction to posing techniques. Explaining the different types of poses, angles, and lighting techniques. You will learn how to pose for different camera angles and how to make the most of your physique.
Hands-on Training
After the introduction, the workshop will move on to hands-on training. You will have the opportunity to practice different poses and receive feedback as well as how to improve your posing techniques and make the most of your body, in preparation for the photo shoot session.
Photo Shoot Session
The workshop will conclude with a photo shoot session, where you will have the opportunity to put your posing techniques into practice. Capturing all the angles, giving personal pointers and feedback to help boost your confidence in front of the camera.
The workshop will take place at The Gym, Bristol Road, Gloucester where we will have the whole gym location to use and demonstrate posing for photo shoots. The ideal location to create a relaxed worry-free experience, especially if it’s your first time in front of the camera.
The Gym has a wide variety of free weights, plate loaded machines, squat racks as well as a selection of Life Fitness equipment and who can’t forget plenty of mirrors – ideal for capturing that perfect shot!
