Following on from the successful first shoot with Stickman Gymwear, I was asked to capture some of their 2017 range. The Stickman Gymwear 2017 range has a few new items as well as a mixture of last years classic range. I thought I’d switch it up a little bit and venture to a brand new gym down in Bristol called @TheGym, which is located in Nailsea. For this shoot, I contacted Shaun Scammell to be the model. A fitness athlete who I’ve worked with during 2016 and 2017.
Compared to last year I wanted to try and create some more “natural lighting” look to these images, using a mixture of larger softboxes and umbrellas. Combined with the shallow depth of field of the Sigma 35mm and Nikon 85mm it created a 3D pop, perfect to highlight the clothes and the model.
